This is a group of functions that makes GGEbiplot many times more efficient. Biplots based on any subset of the data can be conveniently generated on the fly without modifying the data file.

 

 

  It transposes the data matrix so that the rows are treated as columns and columns as rows.

This is useful for visualization of traits for which the values of a tester are so recorded that greater values means less desirable. Examples are disease scores, days to maturity, plant height, some quality measures, etc.

 

These modifications will NOT change your data file. You can always go back to the original data matrix.
