Genotype*environment-by-trait table
If your data are read as a 3-way or 4-way data, under the main menu 4-Way, click geno*env by trait table.
This function actually generates a biplot based on a phenotype-by-trait table, and is useful to study the phenotypic relationships among traits, across genotype-environment combinations. This type of analysis may be more useful to production agronomists than to plant breeders.
