Functions for genotype-by-trait tables

A genotype-by-trait two-way table can be used in 1) evaluating the genotypes in terms of their trait profiles and 2) studying the relationships among traits. The most appropriate model for such data is Model 2 or 3, i.e., biplots based on SVD of standardized data using tester standard deviations (Scaling =1) or tester standard errors (Scaling = 3) so that the units (and any heterogeneities in case of model 3) are removed and different traits are put into the same scale.

Reminder: in GGEbiplot genotypes are referred to as entries and traits as testers.
