Genotype-by-year table for a trait

• Under the main menu 4-WAY, click Geno by yr table for any trait. A trait selection device will appear on the top of the biplot, allowing selecting one of the traits in the 4-way dataset.

• Select a trait and click Get Biplot. The biplot based on the genotype by year data for that trait will appear. The genotype by year table for the trait is constructed by averaging across all locations in each year for the selected trait.

• The interpretation of the biplot is exactly the same as for a genotype-by-environment biplot, but read years as "environments".
