Genotype by location table from 4-way data

• Under the main menu 4-WAY, click Geno by loc table for any trait. A trait selection device will appear on the top of the biplot, allowing selecting one of the traits in the 4-way dataset.

• Select a trait and click Get Biplot. The biplot based on the genotype by location data for that trait will appear. The genotype by location table for the trait is constructed by averaging across all years for each location for the selected trait.

• The interpretation of the biplot is exactly the same as for a genotype-by-environment biplot, but read locations as "environments".
