Environment-by-trait tables from a 4-way dataset
GGEbiplot generates three types of environment-by-trait tables and corresponding biplots out of a year-location-genotype-trait 4-way table:
Such tables and biplots might be more useful to production agronomists and plant physiologists to understand:
1) Environmental correlations among traits, and
2) Environments that are good for producing particular parts (traits) of the crop (yield, oil, protein, etc.).
