Generate a biplot based on the balanced subset
GGEbiplot can counstract a balanced subset of data from a unbalanced dataset and generate a biplot based on this subset in two ways:
By removing unbalanced entries
From Data Manipulation, click Get a Balanced Subset by…. and select Removing Entries. A biplot based on the balanced subset will appear. A message will be displayed if too few entries are left for biplot analysis.
By removing unbalanced testers
From Data Manipulation, click Get a Balanced Subset by…. and select Removing Testers. A biplot based on the balanced subset will appear. A message will be displayed if too few testers are left for biplot analysis.
Hint: it is not necessary to manually pull out a balanced subset for biplot analysis. You can put all data that are available and let GGEbiplot do the tedious work for you, and it's good for that!
