Compound two-way tables

A genotype-by-environment-by-trait three-way table can be re-organized (collapsed) into, among others, the following two compound two-way tables:

This is actually a phenotype-by-trait table, and is most useful in visualizing the phenotypic correlations among traits.

Such arrangement treats the same trait in different environments as different variables, and is a fuller use of available information for visual classification of the genotypes.

These tables and corresponding biplots can be requested from the main menu 4-Way.
