Multi-trait selection - Against checks

This selection tool allows selecting on multiple traits (or environments) through comparing entries to specified controls on each trait.

You can manually select a check for each trait, or use the mean or the best of a set of checks specified by you to compare against. Hint: if all entries are treated as checks, then you can use the mean or the best of the whole test.

You can set a bar for each trait. For example, a genotype can be considered as passing the test if its yeild is more than 105% of the checks.

The output file contains:

  1. the original data,
  2. Control value for each trait
  3. the relative data (values relative to the checks you have specified), and
  4. passed the bar or not for each trait and the number of passes for each genotype.
