GGEbiplot™

1. A GGL-GGE biplot for mega-environment analysis and test location evaluation based on multiyear data
2. A GGS-GGE biplot to represen the result of mega-environment analysis
3. A missing value estimation procedure has been built into GGEbiplot (based on a paper by Yan 2013 Crop Science).
4. A spatial analysis module based on polynomial regression smoothing has been incorporated in the single trial ANOVA module. This guarantees opimal use of single trial data.
5. A Database Module is incoporated, which allows converting original data into a relational database and freely extract any part of it for data analysis.
6. Enhanced multi-trait decision maker: It now allows specify a different selection and culling rate for each trait
7. Multi-trait decision maker - compare against checks. Can be used as a preliminary selection tool, to screen out genotypes that are inferior to exisitng cultivars.
